Sentinel Africa Consulting is excited to announce a pivotal change in leadership as we embark on a new phase of growth and innovation. Effective January 2025, Collins Too will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sentinel Africa Consulting and its subsidiary, Sentinel Africa Training Institute. With 18 years of leadership experience and expertise in customer and operations management, Collins is well-positioned to steer the organization to even greater success.

Collins Too has led various teams in renowned organizations such as Safaricom, iWayAfrica Kenya, and Africa Online, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering results and driving transformative change. His strategic vision, honed through years of leading diverse teams, will be instrumental in shaping the future of Sentinel Africa Consulting.

Musa Wesutsa, Co-founder and outgoing CEO, will transition to the role of Chairman, where he will focus on guiding the strategic direction and governance of the entire group. Musa’s leadership has been integral to the company’s success, including regional expansion, building a solid presence in risk management consulting, and launching impactful programs like TalentShield.
